Are samples available?
Yes. For a small charge, samples can be ordered and even personalized. Just contact us via email, via live chat, or via phone and we'll give you the details.
How long does it take to process a mint favor order?
Mint favor tins take 5 business days to process. Add shipping time via UPS to that to estimate delivery time.
Can a mint favor order be expedited?
Yes - in two different ways. You can accept the normal processing time and use faster shipping or...you can order rush processing. Rush processing will shorten production time to 1 to 2 business days instead of the usual 5 business days. Shipping method will determine delivery time after that. The best way to determine the cheapest option for your situation is to just contact us via email, live chat, phone, or via the order instructions when you place your order. Note: If you put special instructions in your order, we'll contact you to follow up from there.
Is it possible to get just the labels from the tins?
Yes, for $.40 each, you can order just the labels from the tins. Just contact us and we'll email the details for ordering them through the online store.
I'd like special wording on the tins. Is this possible?
In some cases, yes. The best thing to do is just contact us via email, chat, or phone. We'll get a prompt answer for you. It's quite common to get this type of request so don't hesitate to ask.
