Packaging Options

A custom embosser is a wonderful way to personalize envelopes, stationery, favor tags, napkins, book jackets, and more with your names and wedding date, address, or other custom text. This desk seal is designed to give a "raised" impression on paper, vellum, or foil seals. The impression is approximately 1 1/2" in diameter. In addition to an address or names and an event date, consider outer text such as "From the desk of", "This belongs to", "Handmade by", etc. You'll be able to add your custom personalization information during checkout.

The Ideal embosser body is made from quality steel and has a reach of 1 1/2" into the paper. Our embossers are made with an "envelope" orientation, which allows you to easily emboss the flap of an envelope, the corner of a napkin, or the bottom of a sheet of stationery.

Note: Easily embosses paper and other materials of similar thickness (e.g., napkins, vellum, etc.), but is not designed to emboss on card stock. Using the embosser on card stock may result in a poor impression and could reduce the life of the desktop embosser unit. Putting weight or leaning on the embosser leads to (possibly permanent) misalignment. If this is required to make an impression, the paper being used is too thick.

Personalization is available in fonts as shown at left. A proof of your custom embosser will be sent to you via email for your approval before your embosser is custom made.

Character Limits:
Max 12 characters in center.
Max 55 characters (including spaces) around outer border.

Standard processing times for embossers:

Proofs are sent to the email address listed on the order within 4 business days.

Embossers are produced and shipped within 10 business days from proof approval.
