Our Formal Cursive design self-inking stamp allows you to stamp your single initial in style onto invitations, programs, placecards, favor tags, envelopes, stationery, or anywhere you feel like making your mark.

Stamps feature a guide window to ensure accurate stamping every time and come standard with a long-lasting black ink pad.

Additional ink cartridges are available during checkout in chocolate brown, flamingo pink, and citrus orange for a small additional fee.

An electronic proof of your custom design will be sent to the email address specified at checkout. Stamps typically ship within 10 business days from the day in which you approve your proof.

Whether you use them to complement your stamp or as a standalone favor box decoration, now you can use these same designs on favor labels.

Round stamps create an impression approximately 1 5/8 inches in diameter (varies slightly due to varying designs/personalization).

Usage Notes for Our Self-Inking Stamps

  • Stamps are simple to use and require very little for long term use - replacement ink.

  • We use best-selling Ideal stamps – so you can easily find replacement ink cartridges and/or bottled ink for long term use.

  • You can replace ink with another cartridge or you can re-ink your current cartridge with a small bottle of Ideal stamp ink (specially made for clean, fast-drying impressions to minimize smudge/fade), readily available here or elsewhere.

  • We handle artwork in-house for quick proof changes and manufacturing turnaround.

  • Stamp dies are professionally cut and durable. Note: avoid metallic (foil colors) inks with any rubber stamp.

  • We always email a proof for you to approve before production.

  • If the impression starts to fade, the solution is easy. First, try a softer surface (put a magazine, etc. under the paper item you're stamping). If that doesn't work, let the stamp (and the ink in the cartridge) sit for a minute so the ink can settle and cover the whole cartridge again. Last, it may just need more ink - easily replaceable with a bottle you can squirt on the pad with the stamp slightly compressed (to show the pad) or with a new cartridge for the Ideal 400R (round) or Ideal 5742 (square).

  • Always store stamps upright (standing on grey round or square guides) for even ink distribution on the pad and to prevent ink leakage (ideal ink pad saturation is approximately 70% for best results and no leakage).

  • If re-inking with a bottle, "add a little, wait a little". Add a little bit of ink, wait for it to settle into the pad, then try it out on a piece of scratch paper. Uneven impressions are caused by unsettled or low ink. Smudging impressions are caused by too much ink. Just keep a piece of scratch paper handy to get it just right.

Stamps are designed for use on flat paper surfaces. If you’d like your design on a glossy surface, we offer these same designs on our labels page.
