How long does it take to ship my order?
Wedding Favors – normally ship within 1 to 2 business days. Most favor orders can be expedited. See questions below for more info.
Personalized Tags – Personalized tags ship separately from your order via USPS within 5 to 7 business days of the date the order was originally placed. Personalized tags cannot be expedited, even though a favor shipment may be expedited.
Personalized Items:
Cake Serving Sets, Guest Book Frames, and Other Engraved Metal Items – Allow 3 business days for personalization before shipping.
Personalized Bags and Other Embroidered Items – Allow two to three business days for personalization before shipping.
Custom Monogram Cake Toppers – Custom cake toppers ship within 15 business days.
Custom Self Inking Stamps – ship within 10 business days. Rush processing is available during checkout.
Monogram favor labels usually ship within 2 business days after we receive approval of your emailed proof (sent within 4 business days of order).
Color favor labels ship within 5 business days of date of order.
Our other items ship within 2 to 3 business days unless backordered.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Yes, for most all items, expedited shipping is available. Contact us for details or just specify your request in the comments section of your order. We’ll get right back to you to let you know what options are available and if any extra costs would apply. We always strive to find the cheapest method that would fit your timeline. Don’t hesitate to ask. We do this all the time.
How will I know when my order ships?
We’ll send you an email on the day your order ships with a tracking number and a link to the shipping website where you can track it. If you lose the email, just contact us and we’ll send another. Note: Custom monogram cake toppers ship via USPS priority mail and do not have tracking numbers. Contact us if your shipment has been delayed and we’ll check for delivery confirmation, expedite a replacement, or whatever is required for the situation.
How does the free shipping offer work?
If your subtotal exceeds $99 and your shipping address is in the U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii, just select free ground shipping as your shipping method and that's it. Your order will ship in the same time frame and by the same method as if you had selected normal ground shipping, except shipping will be free. During the warmer months from May through September, cookies and chocolate MUST be shipped via overnight shipping and are excluded from the free shipping offer.
How about international shipping?
We don’t ship outside the U.S. at this time. We have the ability to in most cases but…we have found that shipping options with tracking numbers are not cheap and the ones without are not as reliable as we would like. Add to that unexpected and unpredictable fees that vary by country and you end up with a shopping experience that is difficult for the customer and for us as well. We are working on adding a list of country specific resources for our international visitors. Check back soon for that.
Is your shopping cart secure?
Yes it is. Look for the lock or key symbol (depending on your browser) that shows in your browser on the page where credit card info is taken. Additionally, we've invested in daily scanning of our servers and we participate in the Better Business Bureau's Online Reliability Program (check the bottom of each page for details). By allowing third party organizations to monitor our server security and our operating practices, we know you'll see that we're genuinely committed to safe, secure shopping and good customer service.
My package is late or damaged. What should I do?
Just email or call us. If it's after normal business hours, that's okay. Depending on the time of the evening, we'll email or call you to make sure you get a replacement or a refund as the situation dictates (see the Our Guarantees link at the bottom of each page). If it's after 10 PM Eastern time, we'll get back to you with an email and/or call the next day. The bottom line is - don't worry. There's no benefit to us if you're not happy. We'll make contact via email or phone within 24 hours, even on the weekend, if you have a problem with an order.
My question isn't answered here. How can I contact you?
Just fill out the form at the Contact Us link at the bottom of each page or call us at 352-799-0176. We'll always answer within 1 business day, usually a lot sooner. If you need help after normal business hours or on the weekend, you'll get fastest response through the Contact Us email form.
