How will I know what my labels will look like?

Most labels on this page have an option for a proof to be emailed to you before printing. For our round, square, oval, contemporary, and classic monogram designs, the proof option is offered at no cost. Other labels (color designs) have a small proof fee. If you select to have a proof sent before printing, we'll send an emailed proof within 4 business days.

Up to two proof revisions (typically more than enough) are included in the cost of each label order. Excess proof revisions (more than 2) require an additional fee of $5 per extra proof. Names and text are customizable at no extra charge.

Changes that differ from the design shown (extra borders, dots, etc.) require significant extra graphics work and require purchase of the digital monogram or logo product available in our store.

How long will it take to receive my labels?

After receiving your emailed proof, simply respond with approval or changes. Once you approve the proof, we'll ship your order within another 2 business days. Labels ship via USPS priority or UPS Ground, which gets them to most destinations within 2 to 3 business days. If you need your labels faster, rush processing and/or expedited shipping options are available. Contact us for more information or if you're timing will be tight.

I want to use a different design on the labels. Is that possible?

This is a very common request and the answer is that it usually is. Some changes, text for example, can be made for no additional charge. Some changes may require an additional charge.

Changes that differ from the design shown (extra borders, dots, etc.) require significant extra graphics work and require purchase of the digital monogram or logo product available in our store. Some may not be possible. The best way to find out is to simply contact us with your request.

We really try to do our best to minimize extra charges because we know that budgets are a big factor in wedding planning.
